Account Executive (Customer Service) – Digital Marketing

 

The Account Executive will work alongside the Account Managers, SEO Manager, Client Coordinators and other members of staff providing administrative support and liaising with clients over the phone

  

You must enjoy working with time-lines. The ability to handle difficult situations and problem resolution is a required task whilst maintain a pleasing disposition and positive attitude. 

 

This role will require a lot of work on the phone dealing with Australian customers so 100% perfect English is a must. Ideally you will have attended school and lived in Australia, USA, England or New Zealand for several years of your life

  

Duties will include:

 

·         Maintain good client relationships;

·         Chase clients website access using the telephone;

·         Call clients for approval to make website changes;

·         Point of contact for customer (SOME) enquiries;

·         Liaise with technical team;

·         Manage online production system;

·         Quality Assurance on tasks and jobs;

·         General administration.

 

Requirements:

 

The perfect candidate will be interested in online marketing, looking for a career in digital marketing, social media or any field of the Internet.  A strong skill set in prompt and effective communication, task completion, and high proficiency in all office professional skills is required. 

 

·         Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant field;

·         3+ years’ experience in customer service;

·         100% fluent English (Australian, English or New Zealand Accent); 

·         Strong admin skills ;

·         Very strong computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM) 

·         Excellent  Phone manner,

·         Good e-mail skills are essential. 

 

Monthly Salary: 

Salary is dependent on experience: 30,000 Baht - 50,000 Baht / month (salary is negotiable for the right person).

Higher Salary will be paid to very experience people only, with 3+ years’ experience, university doesn’t count for experience. You must have worked in the industry for at least 3 years to get the higher salary.
